They are hollow titanium balls, designed to have a gool looking shape and yet maintain rather precise weight control, to offer comfortable experience for the players.
The machining job of the hollow section of this part is not as easy as most machinist imagined. Experienced machinists of titanium parts can do it well after some effor.
At first, the client tried to get it machined by other workshops, but the workmanship and weight control is not ideal. Then the client found us and after our first batch of orders, it was very satisfying and was ordered from us since then.
The titanium hollow balls are fully CNC machined from solid bars of Grade 5 titanium alloy.
